A robotic workstation for applying adhesive cutouts to duralumin parts. The duralumin parts are fed into the feeder position of a vibratory tray. Using a specially designed uncoiler for the adhesive cutouts and specific robotic movements, we the cutouts directly the duralumin part. The manipulation is handled by a Fanuc LR Mate 200iD/7L robotic arm, equipped with a Schunk pneumatic effector. The solution includes inspection of the presence and position of the cutout applied to the duralumin holder. This inspection is carried out by a pair of cameras from Keyence. Pallet boards are distributed into the cell from a special magazine. The output of completed boards is managed by a gravity conveyor, where the operator stacks the boards into boxes.
