Automated Process for Processing Power Components in the Electrical Industry.
Semi-finished products enter the line, and the first step involves processing them in a press machine, where excess metal strips are cut off, and a contact is created. The next phase is quality control, where analog sensors verify the presence of chips and the correctness of the piece’s concavity. Approved (OK) pieces are then placed by a robot into an output pallet. Smooth transfer of pieces is ensured by a system of transfer conveyors from Bosch.

The robot used is a UR3 model, mounted upside down, and equipped with an electric gripper from OnRobot, which efficiently handles components throughout the entire process.
